Pertama dateng buka pintu udah di sambut sama TIKUS dan ternyata TIKUS nya ada 2 donggg, udah ngadu sama pihak hotel tapi gadi gubris sama sekali!! Trs KOLAM nya juga IJO banget BANYAK LUMUT kaya gadi urus padahal yang paling dinantu itu private pool nya tapi KECEWA bgt AIRNYA KOTOR, minta d kuras gabisa dan kena cash akhir nya cmn d bersihin lumut yg mengapungnya -_- dan saya baru sadar jam 11 malem mau minum itu galon/ air mineral nya gadi siapin! Dan YANG PALING KECEWA pas pulang kita di berhentiin satpam katanya kita NGAMBIL 2 HANDUK haha! gila banget ini hotel jelas jelas itu handuk cuman di sediain 2 tadinya kita juga mau protes karna cuman di kasih 2 handuk kan harus nya 4 tapi karna corona saya bawa handuk sendiri jadi ga jadi minta. Tp pas pulang malah kita yang d TUDUH MALING HANDUK! MALU MALUIN BANGET KALO SAYA SAMPE BAWA HANDUK BULUK ITU! Saya suruh geledah mobil pada gamau. Dan yang bikin tambah kesel resepsionis dan 2 karyawan nya songong banget ga punya etika ngomong nya ngegas, coba lah ngomong sama yang menginap tuh yang sopan ga di training dulu gt???! DAN HARUSNYA SEBELUM ADA YANG MENGINAP TUH CEK DULU HANDUK DAN LAIN LAIN UDAH DI SIAPIN APA BELUM!!! Kan jatoh nya malah fitnah orang! Udah salah ga ada permintaan maaf lagi!! Dasar hotel JOROK BANGET DAN GAPUNYA ETITUD! Tadinya saya ga akan update gini tapi saya sakit hati sama fitnahannya. Kamar yang kami tempati adalah kamar VIP Room di lantai 2, terdiri atas 2 kasur ukuran queen. Fasilitas lain dilengkapi TV, kulkas. Ada balkon dengan pintu kaca dan pemandangan kolam renang. Kamar mandi dilengkapi air panas alami dan bak rendam seukuran bathtub, shower dan wastafel, Jika diperhatikan, kamar ini terlihat masih baru dan memang gedung hotel ini kelihatannya akan dilanjutkan pembangunannya yang saat ini baru sampai lantai 2. Saya sempat meminta ganti sarung bantal karena aromanya kurang sedap dan komplain karena air panas tidak mengalir. Namun saya bersyukur, semua keluhan itu dilayani dan diselesaikan dengan baik. Staf hotel pun sangat responsif. Sarapan yang disediakan tersedia dengan jumlah cukup dan rasa yang enak, Restoran tempat kami sarapan berada di restoran di pinggir kolam dengan desain gedung restoran berbentuk kapal laut. Taman air dan kolam renang pun menarik untuk dicoba namun saran saya, kebersihan air dari kolam tersebut perlu diperbaiki lagi. Dalam area hotel tersebut, masih tersedia jenis kamar yang lain Vila Kencana, Vila Tirta dan Vila Bintang Priangan, namun sayang saat saya menginap sedang penih. Buat saya, Vila-vila tersebut tampak lebih menarik karena terletak di sebrang kolam dengan desain rumah kayu. Selain itu jika membawa anggota keluarga dalam jumlah banyak, Vila Bintang Priangan sangat cocok karena lengkap dengan dapur dan kolam renang kecil didepan vila. Vila ini pun sangat privat karena terpisah dengan vila lainnya.
